With the tastefully chosen furniture, paintings, and choice bedding you'll feel like you have escaped to Europe. A few exterior amenities include a screened patio just off the dining room and private pool for the 12 residents in Villa D 'Este that is not shared with the rest of the resort, a one car garage if you need it. Last but not least the unit is sanitized after each guest and the entry door has a coded lock that is rotated at the end of each stay. (Please note for rental periods of 6 months or less, a cleaning fee of $200, a state sales tax of 7%, and a Tourist Development Tax of 6% tax on the total rental amount is also collected.)
